The staff at Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Windsor in Windsor Locks were very friendly and extremely welcoming. The location was comfortable, with Calvary Baptist Church located nearby. The area was peaceful and convenient, especially when arriving at 2 am from Chicago due to snow, and being near Hartford airport and the train station.

The staff was obliging and polite. The room we had was huge and wonderful with a King size bed & 1 queen, the bedroom, a flatscreen TV.

Well, the area was not so nice overall.

Good and lovely staff. Absolutely perfect rooms. The setting is favorable and excellent. Just next door to Hartford, CT and the train station. Love visiting new places and it's just a short walk away from Calvary Baptist Church.

This place has a great location near restaurants, including a Taco Bell just 1 mile away, perfect for quick meals.

The staff were attentive and competent. The property had a comfy location in a gated area. The food we tried was decent and they have a lot of meals to choose from.

There is a wide range of decent food for breakfast. The rooms are absolutely perfect and exceptionally good here with couples with kids, the bedroom plus a flatscreen TV.

The hotel was located next to the airport for an early flight, and the outlet. The staff was really helpful and attentive, they made our trip! We stayed here before now and would like to stay there on the next trip.

The hotel was perfect for my needs, as I had a leg issue and needed easy access to my room. The side entrance close to my room allowed me to enter easily, and there was a handicap parking space nearby. The staff even offered to help me with my belongings, although I declined. The room itself was comfortable, with plenty of pillows and an extra blanket. The two-room suite had both a king-size and queen-size bed, as well as a pullout couch. It was also conveniently close to the airport, with a shuttle service, yet I didn't hear any airport noise. The staff was professional and friendly, making my stay a pleasure.
